Keith C. Seramur, a geologist, formed Seramur & Associates, PC in 2002 with other technical professionals.
SAPC has served clients in industry, financial institutions, and federal, state, and local governments located in the southwestern United States and beyond. Our success is a result of our commitment to the client. Seramur and Associates field personnel are OSHA certified, having successfully completed the 40-hour Health and Safety for Hazardous Waste Operations course and annual updates. Our firm carries General Liability, Workman’s Compensation, Pollution Liability, and Professional Liability insurance policies. Our geologists are licensed in North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Texas, West Virginia, and Virginia.

Keith C. Seramur​​​​​​​​​​
Keith C. Seramur is the principal geologist for Seramur & Associates, PC. He is a licensed geologist in six states including North Carolina. Keith has performed environmental assessments at hundreds of commercial, industrial, and residential sites. He has been working with geophysical data since his MS Degree in the late-1980s. Keith began collecting and interpreting GPR, magnetometer and electrical resistivity data in the early 2000s. His specialties include GPR, magnetometer surveys, and seismic reflection profiling. Keith began his consulting career in 1990 with Law Environmental in Charlotte, NC. After moving to Engineering and Environmental Services in Hickory, NC, he developed a geological consulting branch in his engineering firm. Keith spent 10 years with Geonetics Corporation in Boone, NC where he provided environmental consulting services to regional oil companies, financial institutions and state and municipal government agencies. Mr. Seramur started Seramur & Associates, PC in 2002. Seramur & Associates provides geology, geophysics and environmental consulting services to a wide variety of clientele including local, state and federal agencies.

Joey Anderson
Joseph Anderson (Joey) is a Geologist in Training with Seramur & Associates, PC. Joey began working for Seramur & Associates in July of 2016. He has performed geophysical surveys, supervised hollow stem auger, air rotary, and Geoprobe drilling, and performed soil and groundwater sampling. Joey has supervised UST closures at residential and commercial properties. In the office, he focuses on processing and interpreting GPR data, supervising our technical staff and report preparation.

Cory Dalton, M.P.H., G.I.T.
Cory serves as a geoscientist and environmental health consultant at Seramur & Associates. With a diverse background in geology, environmental health, medical training, and scientific photography. Cory brings a unique skill set to the team. Cory enjoys gaining experience in environmental consulting, including UST well closures, spill cleanups, soil and water testing, geophysical surveys, and mapping using ARCGIS. Cory’s professional background also includes over a decade of service in the U.S. Navy as a Corpsman and Diving Medical Technician, where he gained advanced medical and technical skills. His passion for environmental science and commitment to excellence make him an asset to the Seramur & Associates team.
